legal solutions

Facing criminal charges can be one of the most stressful experiences of your life. Our team is here to guide you through the process, clearly explain your options, and fight for your rights. We also understand that when you’re dealing with the weight of a criminal charge or protective order, the last thing you need is the added stress of unpredictable legal fees. That’s why we offer a flat-fee pricing system designed for clarity and transparency.

Our fees are determined by the severity of the charge and the time and effort these cases typically require. Please note that a single case number may involve multiple criminal charges. We price per charge, not per case or per client. If you are facing multiple charges, we encourage you to schedule a free consultation so we can provide you with a personalized quote.

Probation violation defense

Misdemeanor conviction(s) only - $1,500

Felony conviction(s) - $2,500

This representation is for community members who have been accused of violating the terms of their probation. During these proceedings, community members who have been convicted of an offense face the possibility of additional fines/fees, additional terms of probation, and in some cases, even imprisonment.

Early Termination of probation

Misdemeanor conviction(s) only - $1,000

Felony conviction(s) - $2,000

Terminating probation early has multiple benefits. First, it reduces probation fees, which are typically charged on a monthly basis for the duration of the probationary period. Second, it allows for an earlier end to the inconvenience, stigma, and the loss of privacy and freedom. Finally, obtaining early termination of probation may strengthen future requests for criminal record sealing or even speed the process.

PLEASE NOTE - your case may involve more than one conviction, even if you have only one case number. Because the work involved in your matter increases as the number of charges increases, we price per charge - not per person. For example, if you have been convicted of one charge of misdemeanor assault, the charge is $1,000. However, if you were charged with one count of assault and one count of disorderly conduct, the charge is $2,000, even if both charges are under the same case number/incident.

Probation Modification

Misdemeanor conviction(s) only - $1,500

Felony conviction(s) - $2,500

Often, probation terms can pose logistical, financial, or emotional burdens that may be reconsidered and removed by the Court. If the terms of your probation are impairing you from being able to work, see your family, obtain medical care, travel for work/family/medical care, live in safe and stable housing, or any other reason, you may be able to obtain lesser or different terms of probation.
